Don't beat yourself up, we all do what you did, but after all that you went through in the Clinic, and YOU DID SO WELL,and gave us all something too, do yourself a favour, and keep NO cigarettes in the house. If you've got to get in the car and go get some, you probably wouldn't bother. By all means keep a good bottle of wine available, but cigarettes....Nah!! Just climb right back on your wagon...it just went over a bump in the road, and you lost your balance. Judi. P.S If it makes you feel any better, I had a bad week
