Well 2 weeks in West Virginia turned out to be very nice even though I was in mid cycle.Luckily I didn't get one CH during any of the activities that we did(whitewater rafting, wild caving, rock climbing, hiking). They usually came one a day and usually between 5pm and 11pm. Thank God. It seemed that the activities made the shadows go away. So if you feel one coming on hop in a raft and go down a class v rapid, that will get rid of it for sure(just kidding). But seriously getting the heart rate up during any activity does seem to push the shadows away. Maybe this will work on others.
PFD's to all.
Kevin
