I am chronic have beem for 19 years sounds just like me. You even said something I don't hear to many people say. You said you have pain in your throat on the left side, I do to. I talked to Drummer about that when I was at his house and I think he said he hurt there at times also. Yes it sound like you are a chronic CH to me! Sorry you have then but glad you are here.
