Friends, I just stumbled upon your articles and happy to see them. My anxiety was caused by surgery on my brain tumor in 1982. I too have been to every kind of doctor to get help for different aches and pains. Yes much of it was probably in my head. anyways I would like to know if there are any supportive chat rooms that deal with anxiety, and methods to deal with it besides taking medicine. Thanks
