If this website and the people in it are so bad, then why do you visit and keep coming back? I can tell you why, because this site has given all of us more information on Cluster Headaches than we have obtained in all the years since we were diagnosed. Because we are all desperate to find something that works....because we want compassion from other humans that experience the same pain and frustrations......because we want to try and help find the answers....is there a common link......side effects to medications......if one medicine works this time, will it work again... case histories are found right here at our fingertips.
I'll respond to your posts because I care. I care that you all are suffering from Cluster Headaches just as I am. No one likes bickering in their family, but everyone is different with different ideas and personalities...We live in different parts of the world but one thing unites us....Cluster Headaches.
If this many people can come together and discuss all these different aspects of this dreaded disease, then all pulling towards the same goal - dispite our differences of opinions, maybe can make a difference. I for one would love to know that I was in some small way helpful in arriving at some kind of knowledge in curing the world of Cluster Headaches. I know that is a big statement, but who knows who is visiting this website, it just maybe the very person that is on the brink of connecting the dots and finding the answer. I sure hope that happens in my lifetime.
I sure would hate for that person to be visiting this website for knowledge from us, the sufferer, and giving up on us because all he or she saw was a bunch of nuts gripping and complaining about who is part of a clique or not.
ARE WE STILL IN GRAMMER SCHOOL HERE? I DON'T THINK SO. THERE ARE SOME VERY INTELIGENT PEOPLE HERE. So, I guess what I am saying that if I have hurt any feelings or stepped out of line with my response to Ted3's posting last night, let me be the first to say I am truly sorry, now can we get on with the business at hand?......Offering comfort and support to those in pain today at this very minute....giving educated advise about medications, oxygen, ice packs, Grape Juice and Ginger Ale cocktails, etc.
I believe we can agree to disagree and move on.
