I long ago decided the attacks change their time clock to keep me confused! Initially, mine only came after I fell asleep, then sneaked in once in a while before bedtime, then greeted me upon waking, then surprised me at work during the day.
This over a period of years.
I seem to start a cycle somewhat "scheduled" then they increase in frequency as well as severity. At some point they just go crazy, and have all levels at all times day or night.
That's where I am now...usually pretty upbeat, I am not a very happy camper at the moment.
Hope info is somewhat helpful to you...I feel better for having told someone this.
Good luck, and take care..Margaret
