yes many Chers smoke, but others don't or have quit but STILL get clusters. I have a friend who would get an episode after pregnancy. But Endorphines, particularly seretonin is a brain hormone among many others that have a strong connection in relation to CHs.
People do think I exagerate my HA pain. I let their opinions roll off my shoulder. They don't know since Chs are rare and headaches of this magnitude are misunderstood. Get a print out of pertinant info on pain of clusterts an medical info from here.
