You make a good case but how do you explain the high levels of carbon monoxide found in the tanks of a SCUBA diver that bought it here about 4 years ago. He was making his own nitrox mix and using O2 from a welding supply company in Miami. They also found high CO in the O2 tank in his garage. Law suit pending.
