I'm not sure of the quantities while pregnant but I'm sure Dr. Jerry wouldn't mind you sending him an email. He doesn't appear on the board much anymore but his email address is on the top of the post "READ THIS" back in November or October of last year. It really would help you to read that memo and you can get there by typing "water" in the search button on this page near the top.
Sorry, I know this isn't much help but I know the treatment is a glass of water every half hour while awake but I doubt a pregnant woman could stand that much. My husband says, "Drink till you pee, then drink some more", but as a former pregnant person, this would have meant a teaspoon a day for me and I'm sure that wouldn't be enough.
