The neurologists in my opinion would be the best bet. I live in the Plano area in Dallas. My experience is let your regular doctor do a referral to them and find someone who specializes in these bad boys. I have not had an episode in 4 years but the current one is a doozie. I am being referred shortly to help finish the cycle. Most standard doctors do not have the info on these and don't keep up with them. I told a nurse today that was giving me the brushoff that if they had to hang on to the toilet for 3 hours at time wretching they would be a bit more sympathetic as well.
