The Magnesium and Calcium worked (I took the BIG capsule with Zinc in it also) for a while. Feverfew worked for a while. Hope it keeps it at bay for you. There was some stuff about B2 a while back. You might want to try that also.
I went to a guy that reads your eyes (hey, I was desperate, ok)and he put me on a lot of vitamins, including an AM/PM cleanser. Also there's some talk about colonic (enemas) treatment helping. My husband's GP gave me the name of a clinic in CA where you go for a week and just get cleaned out and on a healthy diet. Haven't done that one yet, but it's an idea.
I really do think there's something to herbs and vitamins. Just getting the right combination is the biggie. Let us know how it works for you.
