you can not wait intill it is a full blown cluster headache.my husband was cluster headaches.when he feels one coming on he wants to have sex know matter what,if i want to or not so,i just give in to him.my husband told me that if we could make love 24 hour a day he could get rid of these hedaches,two min later they were back again.
