Please contact the Epilepsy Foundation of America. They have a web site www.efa.org. They have Chapters in all states. In WI it is Epilepsy Association of Wisconsin. There is also a local chapter Epilepsy South Central. The Epilepsy Foundation of America can hook you up with a local chapter. They have support groups, educational material (to education co-workers, employers, friends) on disease. They can also hook you up with doctors in your area that will see people without insurance because they believe more in treating people that are suffering than getting money. They also have pharmacies that can help with free medicines. They are a great resource. They can advise in getting SSI etc. You should contact them as soon as possible. Good Luck.
