Hi, no they can not kill you. Since your boyfriend wont go to the dr. then ask him to start drinking lots of water. Every day have him drink a 8 oz glass of water an hour for about 3 days. If he keps this up I swear it will either make his headaches go away or it will decrease the severity of them but, he needs to keep this up for at least 2 days even if in the first day it doesnt help. Because by the 2nd day it should start helping. I tell this to everyone because it has helped me and alot of others. So goodluck. By the way what kind of operation did he have?
