What happened was the doctor gave me only one 200mg pill at first. The best I remember is that almost immediately I felt pretty good, the pressure was gone. But mind you I had been on the special diet for about 3 weeks before I took the pill. Three days after I took the first pill I started to feel the ch ghost again. So I went back and he gave me fourteen more 200mg pills, of which I only took seven, one a day. That was four years ago and have been cluster free since.
