Stop laughing.
I have held off posting this to avoid jinxing myself.
I checked the message archives and found only one similar post.
So, here goes. (Keep it simple stupid)
Episodic many years, went chronic, returned. (not a category in the survey)
A cycle has started in the spring 16 of the last 19 years. (other times too-but not the point)
ALWAYS within 2 weeks of time change.
I have not been succesful with anything that might prevent this cycle from starting.
This year, the idiot box sold this idiot on the premise that Ginkgo Biloba increases 02 to the brain.
(I was smart enough to know I would not get any smarter).
The possible connection was irresistible.
I have been taking the minimum prescribed dosage (varies from MFG due to strength of product-all minimums add to same dose)since mid-march.
I am now confident in saying (please,please,please) I have missed this years spring fling.
(I do not know why, but I almost feel like apologizing to you all-guilt I guess)
Time will only tell, but I wanted to pass along my experience.
I will soon stop taking this, as it is a little costly (Shop around if considering), and I am generally now safe for the summer.
