Hello fellow sufferers. I publish books for New Atlantean Press, and we just completed a new title solely devoted to Cluster Headaches. I suffer from CH, so when the author, Michael Goldstein, contacted me and made his proposal on this subject, I agreed to publish his book. It contains excellent information from cluster sufferers and their doctors, organized so that patterns can be seen -- what works, what doesn't work, etc. The supplementary appendix contains statistical data on cluster triggers and treatments.
