Dont you dare given into that demon CH. Stand up to it. You are stronger than what you think. Right now is when you need that strength the most.
I am a CH Surviver of 25 year`s. What stoped me from the thought your thinking is my family. It would hurt them more if I was dead than suffering and alive. As it would your`s.

I might not beable to give you a suggestion on what to do, but I can be there to give my word`s my ear`s,my eye`s, my heart and shoulder to lean on.
