See if your husband is open minded enough to read some of the messages and things in this site. Being A chronic CH sufferer for three years I can say with sureity that they are not pychosymatic. From my understanding they are truley real because there are chemical triggers such as caffine nand different beans, cocoa, and so on. I went to counceling once thinking the same thing that they were all in my head. The councelor suggested that I visualize the headache and put it far away from me. He didn't understand. So i brought him some information from this site and he changed his thinking. Your pain is real! Hope he comes around.
