Dutch speaking people? NL HULP met D3 dieet
Jan 20th, 2016 at 10:51am

I want to start the D3 regiment. Most of it i figured out i think..  Roll Eyes but im searching my eyes out for dutch speaking people who can help me get it right/are on the regiment. I read about a dutch CCH got his life back because of this can't find it anymore. The plan is now to print the basics and discuss this with the local pharmacist. He/she should know. Im not in to vitamins, supplements and blood levels ..I speak a little Englisch but no offense im kind of lost with all the info comes with the regiment, thats on me  Wink. I let my neuro look into it as well but the man strike me as old fashioned if i have to take a guess he will swipe it off the table, he just want to give me the known meds.

My guess / opinion if vitamins and a little tryptamines work for prevention. Cold energy drinks and O2 for abortive i don't even have to be on meds im not looking forward to take. First try things with the least side effects then if it does not work other meds. Logical order.

ECH for 10-12 years. In cycle since last November. With kind regards.

Hey Twisted Image,

Welcome to CH.com.  You've come to the right place and you've made a wise decision to start the anti-inflammatory regimen.  Check you PM InBox.  I've sent you some material that should help you get started.

Regarding Dutch speaking CH'ers in the Netherlands, PM Globi...  and check his posts... He lives in Amsterdam... but it appears he is not a fan of the anti-inflammatory regimen.

There are some CH'ers in Germany who have found the anti-inflammatory regimen effective in preventing their CH.  PM me your email address and I'll try to get one of them in touch with you.

Take care and please keep us posted.

V/R, Batch

You love lots of things if you live around them. But there isn't any woman and there isn't any horse, that’s as lovely as a great airplane. If it's a beautiful fighter, your heart will be ever there
