I want to start the D3 regiment. Most of it i figured out i think..  but im searching my eyes out for dutch speaking people who can help me get it right/are on the regiment. I read about a dutch CCH got his life back because of this can't find it anymore. The plan is now to print the basics and discuss this with the local pharmacist. He/she should know. Im not in to vitamins, supplements and blood levels ..I speak a little Englisch but no offense im kind of lost with all the info comes with the regiment, thats on me  . I let my neuro look into it as well but the man strike me as old fashioned if i have to take a guess he will swipe it off the table, he just want to give me the known meds.

My guess / opinion if vitamins and a little tryptamines work for prevention. Cold energy drinks and O2 for abortive i don't even have to be on meds im not looking forward to take. First try things with the least side effects then if it does not work other meds. Logical order.
