I said get a QUALIFIED therapist who sterilises in a medical autoclave not a beautician who want to perform colonics at weekly intervals! My therapist is a bona fide medical doctor specialising in the digestive system, not a beautician out to make money off me. One maybe two treatments a year.

Anyway debate over from my side. Enjoy your seeds lsd shrooms oxygen etc

I wish to thank you for sharing what works for you.
I take Batch's D3 regimen and it works for me, it's a great relief and i will for ever be grateful for this site and it's members. Together we can do great things like others have done before, we can help others by showing empathy, understanding and care. A few others come up with ideas that work for us. It is by trial and error and it seems, sometimes accidentally that efficient CH relieving treatments are found.
Before I came accross Batch's D3 regimen, my neuro tried different drugs, some gave me the shakes, some made me drowsy, some tightened my muscles and have a risk of heart attacks.
Not too long ago, Batch added a probiotic to the D3 regimen.
I followed the precious advice and noticed a definite inprovement to the shadows i was still getting at times. I continue to take a daily dose of probiotic.
Should CH be at me again despite the D3 regimen, I would certainly/definitely give a colonic a chance before I go back to the drugs that the doc gave me, they didn't really work and the side effects were too bad. Give me something natural anytime, before man made chemicals that have been created to generate a profit, not for the care of the patient.

Again, thank you for sharing your experience, that's how new treatments can be found. And for me, even if it only helps 1 or 2 or more people, then the advice is invaluable.

Thanks Thierry for one of the few adult responses on this thread. Good luck to you. And I can assure you nobody dies from a properly conducted colonic treatment. Just for the record water pure filtered water is introduced under gravity using sterilised equipment so unless you already have a serious problem with the colon it won't harm you. More chance of a ruptured colon from being constipated. Millions of people do it.
