PB2,

Welcome to CH.com.  I see your queries on locating flunarizine and papaverine all over the Internet...

Flunarizine and papaverine are both potent vasodilators... the type of drug we try to stay away from as cluster headache sufferers...  Although flunarizine is a calcium channel blocker and prescribed for the prophylactic treatment of migraine by a few neurologists...  neither flunarizine or papaverine are listed in the major Treatment Guidelines for Cluster Headache, AAN, AHS and EFNS.

Have you considered vitamin D3?  See the following link:

If you're planning to take either or both in combination for cluster headache, you might want to consult with a good headache specialist.

You've one of the top Headache Centers, Jefferson, right there in Philadelphia...

You love lots of things if you live around them. But there isn't any woman and there isn't any horse, that’s as lovely as a great airplane. If it's a beautiful fighter, your heart will be ever there

Can you explain why you are asking? These are not normally used for CH.
