Not me hoppy, but I swear I can hear the blood thudding through my temple. Mostly I just hear my own whining and groaning, but it's distant - like it's not coming from me.

I'd never try to describe the noises I hear during a big one. Another CHead might begin to understand, but the rest of the world would think me a little odd.

Besides, those sounds could never be created here on earth. Only in that other place.

SUNCT I get the feeling like my veins in my temple & side of my head are rapidly expanding with blood, and then, out of the blue, it feels as though my veins have just exploded. Occasionally I'll get stabs in my ear drum, like what I imagine a perforated ear drum would feel like. And I suppose tinnitis/hissing comes occasionally, but I attribute that to the pharmacy I'm prescribed. Interesting how many similarities there are between the various TACs.
