MIRx Protocol? www.mirxprotocol.com

Quite surprised the other day to see a TV commercial which actually mentioned Cluster Headaches.  It is a spot for new treatment -- Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login or Register -- which claims to treat all kinds of headaches, including CH.  In reading through the site it seems not so much a new treatment as a new delivery mechanism for an SPG nerve bloc along with some other therapies that seem, at first glance, unlikely to help.  Curious at to others thoughts.  The good news is that we have finally cracked the commercial barrier, I suppose.

It looks like a neat-o way to get some lidocaine into the spot you want it, if you're a lidocaine user.

I keep lidocaine for the 9-10 level attacks. It knocks them down a peg or two, which makes it much easier to suck my oxygen. It's hard to hold my head just right to let the stuff drain back there, but I'm good at it now.  I might be tempted to get one of those gizmos if it's not really expensive.
