Rx for O2.. now what?
May 16th, 2014 at 6:32pm

I am sure I can't just drop this prescription for the O2 and the mask off at ole Walgreens, and my physician was unsure of where I should send it.

Can you guys help?

Also, my testosterone came back low... 5 years ago. I can't imagine how far into the toilet it is now (getting a blood test tmrw). She wrote me a script for Testosterone Replacement Therapy, so perhaps that will help send the beast and his shadows back to hell where he belongs. If it works, I'll post about it - I did a ton of research on TRT and clusters before I went in - it's a fair bet that it helps.

This is a link that spells out how to get set up with Oxygen. I use APRIA, they're all over the country, contact your insurance to see how much they'll pay for. You need a big tank to keep in the house, with a mask and a regulator, and if possible, an E-Tank to keep with you in the car, which will also need a mask and a regulator. I'd start with the insurance company, see what they'll foot the bill for. Then call APRIA, make sure you specify a flow rate of at LEAST 15 LPM, preferably up to 25 LPM.

Small,
Joe and Bob each suggested great options for you to obtain o2 and required accessories to abort CH's w/ o2.

Please do share your TRT findings/success when applicable.

For what it's worth - I adore Apria for O2 supply. Phenomenal service. I had a business trip during a cycle and they were great in having an O2 tank set up in my hotel room when I arrived (the plane was a different story).
