Need O2 bottles filled.

Does anyone in the NH area know where to get bottles filled?  I had a lead with Maine Oxy in Hudson and after buying bottles (M60 & M90) I find out they wont fill them for end users, not what they told me at first.  Another company, Airgas, will only swap out bottles but not with privately owned ones.  the insurance was just an outright ripoff so i cut out the middle man, now left without O2.

To get medical O2 in the USA you MUST have a prescrption. O2 suppliers won't fill privately owned tanks unless you buy them from them due to liability.
