I did a search and only found one new person even mention the water tip!

Has anyone tried it?  Has more than two people had any level of success with it?

Aaaaaannnnnddddd GO!

Hi Eroc,
Yes, drinking lots of water during the day and before going
to bed is known to help in some folk. Have you looked at
the vitamin D3 regime here?

Hoppy.

Hi
I've never fancied trying it. I would be up all night in the loo/john/dunny or whatever you call it.   Grin

However, I would try it of course if all else had failed.

I drank tons of water before I got these things and continue to do so, I have not seen any changes in the headaches.

I do a lot of exercise (weight lifting) and I drink 1-1.5 gallons of water every day. Unfortunately this does not seem to do anything for my CH Sad but not everyone is going to be a water responder.

Before I peak, in the minute or two that first wakes me up - I want to drink water anyway. I have found that drinking water soothes me for a small amount of time until I am in too much pain to drink anything. But, I think chugging some water - around 16-20 ounces and then stopping whatever you are doing and doing squats and moving and getting your heart rate up and breathing deeply has kept me from getting the headache. Maybe it has a somewhat similar effect as the O2. But that stopped a headache before the peak, before it was too late and the torture really begins. I am hoping I never get another headache again, but that's my plan A for each attack from now on.
