CH + Other headaches?
Oct 1st, 2012 at 8:27pm

Just ending my current cycle (or so I hope) with 6 (almost) PF days and 5 nights of good sleep. I have all kinds of other pains though (Besides CH, I've been also diagnosed as suffering from a common migraine, tension type, and an easy form of trigeminal neuralgia).

Q: does any of you suffer from HA other than CH? Is there a correlation between your cycles and migrains?

It seems to be not too uncommon for people to have multiple headache types with the combination of migraine and CH being the most common.

For me, I've had no significant overlap between when I've been having a CH cycle and having migraines.

It's a nice question without a neat answer.

Med literature recognizes what is sometimes called, "cluster-migraine". Involves peole who have elements of both kinds which may appear so that a diagnosis of one or the other is impossible.
