New to the CH Boards
Jul 7th, 2012 at 4:37pm

Hello everyone,

I have finally found the CH website  Cheesy

My name is Greg and I split my time between Alaska and Montana. I have been having CH since 2001. I was diagnosed with them by a neuro and have tried various therapies since.

My patterns have changed over the years going from clockwork to random. I am in a cycle now and cannot seem to break it.

anyway, glad to be a part of the "family" here... I have looked through the sites and really like what I see.. so thank you in advance for all the tips and tricks.

Stay well!

Greg

Glad you found us Greg, my suggestions for light reading! Cheesy

Go to the meds board, read the link "123 pain free days and i think I know why. It's long, it's a combo of vitamins and anti inflammatories, all healthy for you even without CH. pennies a day and it's providing a lot of relief to CH'ers.

Then the oxygen link. Should be your first line abortive but must be used correctly or it's ineffective:

Hope you can corral this cycle soon.

Welcome, Greg. Let us know what you have tried in the past, or are using currently. There are some meds and interventions that work for many (never all!) and some that are generally useless but still part of the medical community's regimen. Look forward to hearing more. Blessings. lance

Hello Greg!

I know it's been a month since you posted but I wanted to say hello anyway and to see how you're doing.  I hope the cycle has broke for you already and that you're out enjoying life!
