I have been doing good for a few years, but now it back. I do not want to go back to the doctors. I hate Blood work. Shadow vanes so they do not hit them the first time ever!! I know he will not give me meds with out blood work. Just going to try and deal with the pain untill I can not take it again.

It's a simple daily supplement of vitamin d-3, fish oil, magnesium zinc and calcium. Helping a lot of people, cheap, good for you even without CH, worth a shot. Wishing you a short cycle this go round.

I do have a fear of needles! Spent alot of time in the hospital as a kid. With my vanes the way they are. It hurts just thinking about Needles in my arm. I had one nurse hit me 4 times with a needle trying to get blood and not get the vane. Yes the CHs are bad, but there has to be a better way. the blood work is not just for the CH's it is to check out the rest of the stuff. Been away from the Docs for a few years. Check up blood work is the most of it.

I have been reading alot about the D-3, fish oil stuff. And stop last night on the way home and pick up some of it. It made sense to me. For the past few years I worked out side more than I do now. Back in an office. Was out in the sun more the past few years. Just started this job 6 months ago. So after reading it, it made sense why I had a few years for the most part CH free. I think it will work for me and I like the idea of it.

So we will see if I am one of those that can control it with Vitamins. I hope so!
