If you're asking whether or not a clinic can be more useful than a neuro in single practice, it depends on the level of experience they have had with CHs. Sometimes, because it's a clinic, there will be more researchers present and that can be good if they are "up" on the latest and most effective interventions. A good neuro can do the same, though.
