Headache clinics

I am a chronic clusterer for years and I'm in an intractible state now. I need to end this and get on a more aggressive treatment for the future.

Has anyone tried a headache clinic like Diamond Headache or Michigan Institute of Headache, Jefferson, etc?

Well, yes, I have and do, although not those particularly mentioned. If you're asking whether or not a clinic can be more useful than a neuro in single practice, it depends on the level of experience they have had with CHs. Sometimes, because it's a clinic, there will be more researchers present and that can be good if they are "up" on the latest and most effective interventions. A good neuro can do the same, though. It just depends. What has been your past experience with drs? blessings. lance
