um...

i am most certainly NOT going to eat this little guy.  he is in my fish tank, where he will live a (hopefully) long and happy life.  he isn't even close to showing his full colors yet.  when he doubles in size, he will REALLY be pretty.

i got lucky to snag him.  that is about as small a fish i can manage to hook.  perfect size to put in a fish tank.

yeah, i'm all about the native fish.
