Haven't been here in awhile...

Mainly just been keeping in touch with friends from here via Facebook which, judging by the dates on the 1st page, I am guessing alot of people have done the same. Undecided

For those who aren't on Facebook & have been friends over the years... This is the first time I can actually come here and say that, I am no longer 'chronic' but, somewhere along the line the past couple of years, have become episodic; thanks mostly to busting. I started feeling the twinges a couple weeks ago... pressure... more pressure... finally did a max dose of 'nature busting' and, haven't had any pressure or hits since.

I'd come to this site more often, but I don't want to kill it off completely. Cheesy

Got some other medical crap messing with me but, won't go into it here. Anyone who really wants to know can message me, or knows where to find me.
Other than that, keeping busy with music, the radio show, writing, and starting to paint as well. I've had some things slow me down, but not gonna let it stop me.
