We haven't seen much in the way of success with the capsaicin spray for CH. There have been some interesting studies about its pain killing ability, for those interested here's one from Harvard:

I think spaying it up your nose and hoping for relief would be like eating bread mold and hoping there's be enough penicillin in it to cure your infection. Wink

It's just in the infant stages for now.

By the third try it wasn't helping anymore. First go was accident and seemed to abort a low level hit, second try helped a little, third try did little if anything.
