ENT's - Possible Idea for Poll?
Jan 8th, 2012 at 10:00pm

I wonder how many CH sufferers first visit was to an Ear Nose & Throat doctor?  I ask because in my case nearly every symptom I had convinced me I had a severe sinus infection, and so I trotted off to the ENT for treatment.  Fortunately the ENT practice was familiar with CH's and it didn't take long for them to conclude that I needed a neurologist, not an ENT.

This might be an interesting issue to address, especially in the medical education area, if we find that many of us are starting off with an ENT visit -- who, btw, are much, much easier to get in to see than neuros.  My thought for the day

Yeah, I did make it to an ENT once. I was having sinus problems, and there is always that wishful thinking that maybe this will also reduce or curb the CHs. Didn't do much for my sinuses and nothing for my CHs. blessings. lance

I went to an ENT several times in hope their office could help me with my head pain, but didn't get help until 22 years later and it wasn't from an ENT
