I’ve been taking the D3, omega fish oil and citracal for a week with very little change until I started taking it the other day with lemonade. Yesterday evening only a slight headache and the 11:00 wake up headache was easily able to get rid of after drinking a red bull it was gone after 10 minutes and never got horrible. The 2 am wakeup was a little more difficult but was still able to go back to bed after only a half hour even it I wasn’t able to go back to sleep.

UNBELIEVABLE it is wonderful I actually feel human today. I’m only tired as 2 red bulls at night meant I couldn’t go back to sleep after the 2 am wake up but I’m not in the painful exhausted state that my day generally starts and I was never able to go back to sleep before as it would last until it was almost time for the alarm to go off. I completely hate lemonade which is why I hadn’t been using it however I HATE CH more.

I’m still trying to get welders o2 but so far it’s proving more difficult then I thought it would be.

On a different note I was just wondering if anybody else ever noticed that their pets could pick up on these headaches. It’s something I noticed in my cat many years ago that he would suddenly start sniffing around my right eye about 2 months before the cycle started and he would do it 3 – 5 minutes before every hit. He’s an old boy now so he spends most of his time sleeping and not forewarning me but he was so happy to get play time last evening as he hasn’t had his usual amount of attention. Most evenings / nights have been something one just lives through waiting and waiting for the cycle to end.

Yes, but in a slightly different way.

One of our cats is scared of just about anything and yet when I'm having a CH he always seems to appear, staying with a few feet of me and calling out for my other half to come (he can be very vocal about it with a distress call). He stays around until the CH starts to subside (a LOT quicker now with oxygen) and then vanishes.

This is my little girl Jess; a Red/Blue Heeler cross "Cattle dog", as some may remember my wife has been going through treatment & surgery for breast cancer over the last 2 years, 6 months prior to the first cancer being detected in the left breast Jess started sniffing Nina's breast & started peeing herself, we thought that she "Jess" had something wrong with her but no vet could come up with an answer other than the dog was neurotic  .
Once the breast was removed & Nina had recovered Jess stopped her strange behavior until about six months later when she started sniffing Nina's right breast & peeing herself again & yes you guessed it on Nina's next visit to the breast cancer specialist in Perth cancer was found in the right breast, now that this one has been removed & Nina has recovered Jess has gone back to normal.

Coincidence, I don't think so.
