Two brief notes from CONSUMER REPORTS on the increasing confusion around side effect warnings and 

a note on source information re. supplements.

The note on RX side effect warnings is useful because so many folks treat all warnings as having equal importance, whereas, it's important to know the actual rate of occurrence.
