Just wondering if anyone here is still taknig Kudzu as help for prevent as I have not seen mention of it in a while. Just curious since I have not taken it in a few years myself.

If you read my previous post, disregard! I have been corrected, Kudzu is not one of the clusterbuster treatments. My bad! Wink

I have not been.  I took myself off of it to try a different angle, but may go back to it in the near future.  I found it to be the most effective of the take it everyday type of preventatives and didn't have the side effects of Verap and Lithium.  Won't even go into Depakote, Dopeymax, etc.
