Just wanted to share. I have been gluten and dairy free for 1 yr and have been on d3 10,000 iu and fish oil about that long too. I recently moved back to nyc and started up with my doctor here that I have had for years had my blood panel done and he was amzed as to how PERFECT my blood work was. I and he attribute it to the gluten and dairy and vit D I will get my vitamin D 250ohd levels checked next week and keep u all posted.
