Gentle exercise for the more mature.
Feb 26th, 2011 at 10:57pm

I tried it, I liked it & I think you will too !!

The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise into

our daily routine. This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health

and maintain muscle mass.

Always consult your doctor

before starting any exercise

program!

SCROLL DOWN.............

NOW SCROLL UP..

That's enough for the first day. Great job.

Have a glass of wine.

How many glasses of wine do I have to drink?

Is it cheating to drink some of the contents to make the glass lighter? If so, I guess I'll just have to refill the glass.

I can see a potential problem with this exercise routine....

one arm will look like Popeye the other like Olive, so to combat this I suggest that for every scroll down with the right arm you pick up a glass of red (or white) with your left, therefore working out both sides!!!!

Agh....a slight problem, if you attempt a marathon using the above method don't be suprised if you fall flat on your face when you try to stand up  Cheesy Cheesy
