im wide awake at night
eye lids fluttering with exhaustion
tormented to the point of self destruct
i cant fight it no more
my eyes reluctantly close shut
(BOOM BOOM BOOM)
"WAKE UP - HOW DARE YOU SHUT ME OUT"
says the soundless voice as the pain intensifies
"DO YOU LIKE MUSIC"
seems i dont have a choice as the familiar feeling of violinist jerks a rythmnless rythmn across my veins.
"STOP PLEASE I BEG YOU TO STOP" i say
its not that i dont like music but some instruments go right through my mind thats all
by now im dancing caught between the waltz and the migraine skank
its been playin for hours ...
all of a sudden the music stops
silence is sound not even a snare nor triangle can be heard.
peace at last
