For some of us, I believe that even 4mg is too much.
I have used anywhere form 2 mg or less to abort a hit in the past.  I no longer use it though due to other therapies and of course oxygen.

When I do have to use Imitrex, I use the 4mg stat dose.  Works every time Wink

Where there is Oxygen, you must use proper caution.
So be safe, don't smoke while using O2. Kill the pain and not yourself.
