Hello to everyone. I been gone for three years. Sorry
I have started the cycle again 9/16/10. I am 48 and have had CH sent 1981. Seems they return every three years you know like clock work. I have been on verarpamil since the last cycle three years ago 240 mg daily. Now I would like to stay that this is the best support that any one could ever ask for.There is alot of us that needs help through the toughest times and it is you guys and gals that make it possible. I will be around alike I'm sure. I also have the best support at home that I could ask for. April is the greatest. She is always reading all the posts here. Thanks again.

I got in to see my doc on 9/22.
I am trying something different this cycle.Just hope that will not be the biggest mistake that I ever made.This is my first time starting meds on the start of my cycle.
Taking 480 mg of verapamil
900 mg of neurontin
also started 80 mg prednisone daily 3 days decreaseby 20 mg every 3 days
I also got Lidocaine nasal spray.
Imitrex nasal injection
3 H tanks of oxygen
Happy to say that I ordered the O2PTIMASK on 9/23 and waiting to get it just like a kid at XMAS.

Welcome back Tom, sorry the beast hasn't lost your address yet. Sad

Something that's recently popped up around here is the PH diet! Seems many can make themselves less succeptible to attacks by altering their arterial PH through a simple supplement routine. Magnesium, Calcium Citrate with Vitamin D and Zinc, washed down with fresh lemonade, up to 4X a day. Did wonders for me this last cycle, cheap and certainly worth a try!

Your prevent Rx sounds like my old one. The neurontin is great for steady pain, but it sure didn't help me with CHs. I pray you have better luck than did I. Let us know and God bless! lance
