The brothers bloom was a great movie...

Too bad it set off a massive cluster headache that is still going on!!!!!!  an hour and a half ago it hit... Couldn't even watch the last 5 minutes of the movie.  So, I started in with pushups... but wait... thats what I did this morning.  My chest is so worn out that I can only do like 3 at a time.  Ok, I'll try jumping jacks... yeah... not working.  30 minutes later... See ya honey... I'm going for a freakin run at midnight.  an hour and a half later... still a strong shadow...  I fear it is going to be one of those nights.  I thought I could get through this cycle.... Oxygen here I come.  The quest is on.  (the push ups aborted 2 attacks last night... one within 20 minutes and the other within 30 minutes)

That sucks. Cry The only negative thing for me about getting oxygen is I stopped being in such great shape. I did the 30 minutes of hard running at the start of an attack! Now I just sit on my ever widening butt, huff 02 for 10 minutes, and kiss the beast good bye. Hope it works as well for yoy.

"Somebody had to say it" is usually a piss poor excuse to be mean.

Sorry to hear that Jmac.

Yeah I find that the extreme exercise type tricks can work for about the first week of an episode but the intensity builds and by the end of the week I've hopefully scrambled enough to acquire the big guns necessary to blow the beast away (Hi Flow Non Rebreather O2, etc.).

Glad to hear that you're going to whip out the 'ol beast killer arsenal.

CH according to Bejeeber:

Strictly relying on doctors for CH treatment is often a prescription that will keep you in a whole lot of PAIN. Doctors are WAY behind in many respects, and they are usually completely unaware of the benefits of high flow 100% O2.

There are lots of effective treatments documented at this site. Take matters into your own hands, learn as much as you can here and at clusterbusters.com, put it into practice, then tell this CH beast Jeebs said hello right before you bash him so hard with a swift uppercut knockout punch that his stupid horns go flinging right off.
