I think it helps when I scream at the top of my lungs into a pillow or something for about a minute or two.  Im not gonna say it goes away all the time right away, but it seems to have been shortening the amount of time they last.  Has anyone else heard of, or tried this.

Haven't heard of it before, but makes enough sense to me.  Cool

I would imagine it could work best if taking in unobstructed freah air inhales between screams.

Please hang around for the info and advice here, it has helped me and many others tremendously.

CH according to Bejeeber:

Strictly relying on doctors for CH treatment is often a prescription that will keep you in a whole lot of PAIN. Doctors are WAY behind in many respects, and they are usually completely unaware of the benefits of high flow 100% O2.

There are lots of effective treatments documented at this site. Take matters into your own hands, learn as much as you can here and at clusterbusters.com, put it into practice, then tell this CH beast Jeebs said hello right before you bash him so hard with a swift uppercut knockout punch that his stupid horns go flinging right off.

Welcome to the board Jred! I agree with Bejeeber. Various forms of hyperventilating, deep breathing, are helpful for some. But I hope that's not the only tool you have as there are SO MANY effective treatments available now, oxygen, imitrex etc. Give us a rundown on you self! How long you've had CH, what has and hasn't worked, maybe we can help you out a bit!

"Somebody had to say it" is usually a piss poor excuse to be mean.
