Headaches Infiltrating My Dreams
Apr 27th, 2010 at 11:17am

Last night I was dreaming that snakes were flying at my head and biting my head then a dog barking so loud in my ear that my head was splitting open; when I woke up at 1:15, my head was searing with pain. Aaaaah, the joys of CH. Now it even got into my dreams.

REM sleep.  It's a precipitating factor in about 90 percent of the hits I get when in cycle.  So it seems I'm always in the midst of a dream when the thing wakes me up.

And Brew's right--that's one f'd up dream.

Best,

George

Saw a program on REM sleep a few years a go , they sprayed water on this guy whilst he was in REM sleep and when he woke up he had dreamed that he was on a boat in a storm . They tried this on lots of different people and got the same results proving that your dreams can be influenced by things going on around you .

Has happened to me at least 20 times since January. Like Guiseppi I'm usually dealing with the O2 in the dream.
