I have been PF for 2 days and praying this episode may be coming to an end I am very tired the past 2 days but, PF! The jumping jacks did helped with the shadows but not with the full blown CH. I started the Melatonin on the night of the 21st it has been helping me sleep well at night. Well off to bed praying for another PF day ahead.

PF 5 days now and feeling better with each day that passes. Thank you for all the support I think I will stick around even if I am PF for a while. "Praying"
