O2 has arrived

My O2 was delivered today. Not long after I got a chance to take it for its first test drive. Happy to report that it did seem to stem off the worst of the headache during the attack. I only had a period of about 8 minutes of severe pain in right eye and right side of head. This being day 90 I feel I can truly look forward to better days ahead.

Breathe deeply, exhale deeply, and keep the system closed, i.e., no outside air gets in when you're inhaling.

Check them all on a Wed. I have never felt so stupid as I did once, and only once when I realized I was in for a very long week-end without.
