I would find another welding supplier or a buddy who can get O2 or is a welder.  You can get the rest (optimask/regulator) online.

While you're at it, find another GP, too.

What a bunch of f*ckin' dopes out there that call themselves doctors.

What Brew said!  You need a Dr who doesn't think MD means God.

I was skeptical at the least. I called the nice man and he said it's fifty bucks a year to lease an M tank and there is no permit required.

WTF? Tell them you're learning how to weld, and that you already have the acetylene. Or tell them that you raise rare tropical fish and that you need to oxygenate the water in a holding tank.

You're going to have to get a little more creative than that. Something other than, "Gee, I don't know."

How bad do you want it?

I'm not saying this is the way it should be. But I am saying that this is the way it is.

Nope,Nope.... nope.......

Paula, trust me on this one.  Tel them you are into hydroponics!  You need it for that.   Look hydroponics up on-line so you'll be an expert at what to say.   Wink

I've always been so angry at Dr.s who are so lame and clueless but this takes the cake.   Angry
