My Cluster Headaches
Mar 10th, 2010 at 10:36am

Hey all,

My 'cycle' has started again, same time as last year. I am wondering what you guys do to keep the pain bearable. I visited my GP last year and he just said take 2 paracetamol when they start, which works on 'some' occasions.

I'd also like to let you know my symptoms.

I have the pain in my temples and around the eyes. Last year it was on my right side, this year on my left..i think it is the first time on my left. The pain is not so bad at the moment but i know it will get worse before it gets better.

So glad i found this website, so many useful tips!

Thanks,
Rick (UK).

What Brew said.

Especially read carefully all about the oxygen. It is a godsend to most of us.

What Brew said with emphsis on #2 and #3.

What Jimi said!  O2 is the best abortive I've found.  Energy drinks with caffeine and taurene are second.
